Services will be performed by qualified professionals and are subject to availability.
3. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes provided by Cambridge Handyman are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- Prices may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the job.
- You will receive a written or electronic invoice upon completion of the work. Payment is due as outlined on the invoice and is payable immediately on completion of work.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. For ongoing projects, any price changes will be communicated before additional work is started.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
- Customers are encouraged to book appointments in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of £30.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will inform you as soon as possible in such cases.
5. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we determine the job is beyond our capacity or expertise, poses safety risks, abusive behaviour to staff, or is not suitable for the scope of our services.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment for services is due upon completion, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
- We accept payment via cash or bank transfer, etc.
- Failure to make timely payments that have previously been aged to may result in interest charges and/or legal action for collection of the outstanding amounts.
7. Liability and Warranties
- Cambridge Handyman will take all reasonable care when performing services; however, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the work performed.
- Our work is covered by a 14 days workmanship warranty. If you are not satisfied with the service or there is an issue related to our work, please contact us within the 14 days to resolve the matter.
- We are not liable for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions in your home or property or for any damages resulting from work done by third parties.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that the working environment is safe, accessible, and clear of obstacles for our professionals to perform the service.
- You are responsible for disclosing any relevant information regarding the job site, including potential hazards, material specifications, or pre-existing issues.
- If you require special permits or approvals from local authorities, you must obtain these before the service starts, we will not be liable for any loss due to this.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided on this website, including text, images, logos, and other materials, is owned by Cambridge Handyman and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorised use, missue or reproduction of this content is prohibited.
10. Privacy
